Laundry Room ReDesign

At the Witch Hut in Waterloo

Current Floor Plan

This project was a great challenge in space planning in an unfinished basement. There were many constraints to work around, such as low ceiling heights and bulkheads in awkward locations. There was also a boiler room taking up a lot of the space and storage was very limited.

The client was hoping for better access to their laundry machine, more storage solutions, easy access to their chest freezer, and new flooring.

Below you will see the before pictures of the space, and how it has been modified to suit the client's needs.

This project is currently underway and photos will be coming soon.
